League star entrusts Tytan Developments Management team to renovate his inner city abode

Working with Awen and Natasha Guttenbeil was a pleasure. From extensive discussions and project management planning the building team worked tirelessly to deliver a superb finished renovation to this inner city Auckland Villa.

There was a fair amount of demolition work which was carried out with consideration so the family could continue their lives with as few interruptions as possible.

It was a build that was very unique. Keeping the villa feel from walking through the door to a trendy modern extension out back.
